We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Yard Labour to support daily operations at our Carseland facility. This hands-on role is responsible for preparing trailers, securing freight, and ensuring loads are safe and ready for transport. You will play a key role in keeping yard operations running efficiently and safely.

Scope of Work:
- Prepare trailers for loading (snow/debris removal, dunnage placement)
- Open trailer curtains and remove existing load securement
- Secure freight using straps, tie-downs, and corner boards
- Operate automated tarping systems safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized yard and load-out area
- Participate in daily safety meetings and follow all procedures
- Support overall yard coordination and workflow
What you Bring:
- Proven experience with trailer loading and freight securement is required
- Comfortable using straps, chains, and tarping systems
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive, hands-on tasks
- Strong awareness of safety procedures and yard operations
- Dependable with a consistent work ethic
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Transportation to Carseland is required
