Your future role
- Welcome truck drivers and provide them with necessary shipping information
- Clearly explain company policies to drivers and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Manage incoming calls, process the mailbox and support various administrative tasks
- Prepare shipping documents and enter the shipment data into the system
- Classify documents related to shipping activities and maintain up-to-date records
- Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure smooth coordination of shipping activities and resolve any issues promptly
Required skills
- Experience in administration, customer service, or transportation is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Excel
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Resourceful mindset
- Bilingualism in English and French
