Your future role
- Responsible for the full cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, presenting, and closing qualified candidates of all levels
- Collaborate with internal clients to develop tailored candidate selection criteria for each role
- Track Applicants through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Develop and maintain a professional network within our various fields
- Write compelling and tailored job postings
- Act as an ambassador during recruiting events
- Stay up to date on market trends with a focus on continuous improvement
- Work closely with the organizational development teams in each business group
