In this position, you will be part of the Client Solutions (CS) team at Premier Tech’s main European facility in Eersel. You ensure that all parts required for service interventions, parts orders and retrofits are ordered, delivered and documented correctly.
What will you be doing?
- Create and manage purchase orders related to service, parts and retrofit activities
- Align service planning with purchasing to guarantee timely part availability
- Act as a key contact between suppliers, service planners and internal teams
- Follow up on supplier deliveries and address deviations proactively
- Prepare shipping and export documentation for parts orders
- Handle administrative tasks related to logistics and order processing
- Adapt quickly to changes in priorities, planning or customer needs
What do you bring?
- A structured and accurate way of working
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Comfort in working with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Experience with administrative, purchasing or logistics processes
- Fluency in English and Dutch (other languages are a plus)
- Experience in an industrial or technical environment is an asset
- Eagerness to learn and take part in continuous improvement projects
