Senior Process Specialist

We are seeking a proactive Process Audit Lead to oversee internal audits, ensure ISO compliance, and drive process improvement initiatives. The role involves leading audit planning and execution, ensuring high-quality audit deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance process effectiveness and organizational compliance.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the scheduling, planning, and execution of internal audits across departments.
• Ensure timely verification of Projects, identification of new projects, and issuance of audit notifications.
• Conduct detailed audits, ensuring alignment with ISO standards and internal quality requirements.
• Review and validate audit findings, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.
• Oversee the compilation and publication of audit reports.
• Ensure consistent implementation of audit methodologies and best practices.
• Lead preparations for external ISO audits, including development of audit plans, stakeholder coordination, and readiness assessments.
• Ensure follow-up on previous non-compliances and drive timely closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Review post-audit documentation, finalize action plans, and ensure alignment with department objectives.
• Maintain audit documentation repositories and ensure version control of process artifacts.
• Lead working groups focused on process enhancement, documentation improvements, and operational excellence.
• Develop guidelines and policies as a result of process improvements/best practices for employees and management to follow.
• Identify systemic issues through trend analysis and propose strategic improvement interventions.
• Use experience, skills and knowledge to address a wide range of organizational process needs.
• Oversee the development and delivery of ISO training materials and awareness sessions.
• Communicate detailed process information gathered from multiple subject matter experts and other sources effectively.
• Mentor junior audit team members and support capability building through knowledge-sharing sessions.

ISO Standards Governance & Compliance

The Process Audit Lead will supervise and support audit cycles for the following standards:

• ISO 9001:2015 (Quality)
• ISO 14001:2015 (Environment)
• ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety)
• ISO 27001:2022 (Information Security)
• ISO 27701:2019 (Privacy Information)
• ISO 20000-1:2018 (IT Service Management)

Requirements :

• Monitoring compliance requirements for each standard.
• Ensuring audit readiness and documentation completeness across departments.
• Reviewing risk assessments, SOPs, and process controls for alignment with international standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in process audit, compliance, ISO audits, or process improvement roles.
• Strong understanding of internal auditing principles and ISO standard requirements.
• Proven ability to lead audits and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with audit management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple audits and deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor (9001/27001/45001 or others) are a strong plus.
