We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Millwright to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and precision assembly of industrial machinery across construction sites, industrial facilities, and our internal fabrication shop. You will work closely with blueprints, schematic drawings, and manufacturer specifications to ensure operational excellence and high-quality results for our clients.

Your future role
- Plan and execute machine layout, setting, and precision alignment to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability
- Carry out structural assembly, custom fabrication, and welding tasks to meet project specifications and quality standards
- Oversee rigging, conveyance, and material handling systems, including pneumatic and gravity-fed piping and chute systems
- Perform retrofitting, machinery removal, and the relocation of complex piping, spouting, and chute systems
- Provide hands-on start-up support and ensure all work strictly adheres to technical documentation and safety standards
Required skills
- Diploma or certification in millwright trade, mechanical technology, or equivalent technical training
- 2 to 5 years of experience as an industrial millwright, or 3 years of specialized trade school or technical training
- OSHA 10-Hour certification (required within 48 hours of hire) and valid certifications in industrial equipment operation — welding and rigging certifications are a strong asset
- Proficiency in fabrication, structural welding, blueprint reading, and mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, work at heights up to 80 ft., traverse uneven terrain, and operate comfortably in confined spaces and extreme temperatures
- Availability to travel 100% of the time and work a 10-days-on, 4-days-off schedule, including weekends and holidays as project demands dictate
