Generative AI Engineer – Digital Assistants

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer to build and optimize AI-driven conversational solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in modern chatbot frameworks, large language models, and enterprise integrations, with a focus on delivering engaging and intelligent user experiences using cutting-edge AI technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbot solutions using frameworks such as OneReach, Rasa, Dialogflow, MS Bot Framework, or custom NLP pipelines.
• Integrate Generative AI models (GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA, etc.) into production-ready chatbots, fine-tuning and optimizing for domain-specific tasks.
•  Architect and maintain RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering strategies to boost retrieval and contextual accuracy.
• Implement AI Ops / LLMOps practices — including model monitoring, observability, guardrails, versioning.
• Optimize multi-turn conversational flows across low-code/no-code platforms with adaptive intent recognition.
• Seamlessly integrate bots into enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Dynamics, third-party APIs).
• Ensure responsible AI, data privacy, and security compliance in every deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, backend engineers, product managers) to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in chatbot development using one or more frameworks (oneReach, MS Bot framework, Dialogflow, Rasa, Watson Assistant, etc.).
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Experience with NLP/NLU libraries like OpenAI API.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with deployment environments such as Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is a strong plus.
•  Experience with multilingual chatbot development.
• Hands-on with speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies.
• Prior work with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AgentOps) for tracking chatbot performance.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, and guardrails for safe deployment.
• knowledge of AI Agents and MCP- Good to have.
