As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing customer requirements by providing the right equipment, solutions, and expertise to handle shipments across flatbed, van, LTL, truckload, and expedited freight.

Scope of role:

• Quoting and creating orders based on customer requests

• Coordinating and monitoring the movement of freight

• Ensuring seamless execution of shipments

• Building strong, lasting customer relationships

• Proactively identifying and solving potential issues

What you bring:

• Experienced: Previous logistics coordination experience in transportation is required, with knowledge of Canada/US shipping regulations.

• Knowledgeable: Flatbed, van, truckload, and LTL shipping experience is mandatory.

• Adaptable: Able to multi-task and manage shifting priorities.

• Customer-focused: Skilled at building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Tech-savvy: Proficient with Truckmate and Microsoft Office.

• Proactive: Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate and solve challenges early.

• Flexible: Comfortable working varying hours, including rotating on-call schedules.

• Compliant: All candidates must complete a company-paid criminal record search.
