Software Engineer Level IV - Full Stack (Java + React)

Confiz is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in Mexico, working on end-to-end development projects. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance both the customer experience and our technical infrastructure across the LATAM region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, and React
- Partner with team members on frontend and backend development
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Protect and handle sensitive customer data and PII
- Support systems through on-call rotation
Requirements:
- Atleast 7+ years of experience.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, and React
- Proven ability to build scalable web applications
- Experience with modern development practices and tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to undertake complex design and problem-solving independently
- Experience managing systems and breaking down complex work into smaller tasks for team implementation
- Understanding of engineering process tradeoffs and ability to adapt team processes as needed
- Leadership in maintaining well-designed and well-documented systems and code
- Drive to implement robust, stable, and cost-effective solutions
- Ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous situations while meeting project goals
