Your future role in a few words
- Analyse customers’ requests coming from the Sales team, making sure the customer needs are clear
- Elaborate solutions that meet customers’ requirements integrating standard equipment — in collaboration with sales manager and customers
- Prepare, in cooperation, with a lay-out engineer, a conceptual layout for the sales manager and the customer
- Provide a cost estimation and information on the equipment, options and configurations
- Review the sales strategies — identify the competitors, map out new practices to implement, etc.
- Prepare the documentation required for project start-ups
- Support the Sales team by generating various information reports, updating sales and marketing statistics, and contributing to the organization of promotional events
Required skills
- Technical degree or relevant technical experience
- Familiarity with CAD systems — preferably AutoCAD or SolidEdge 3D
- Knowledge of industrial operations and processes — both commercial and technical
- Familiarity with the packaging and/or processing industry — an asset
- Experience preparing budgets and preparing commercial offers
- Team spirit
- Customer centricity
- Excellent spoken and written communicational skills in English and German
