Our experienced team of professionals provide exceptional service to a variety of industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, construction, building products, waste, and mining. Our diversified fleet and customers provide opportunities for qualified applicants across a range of equipment types and lifestyle desires. Our fleet includes pneumatic tankers, flat decks, step deck and curtain side trailers, vans, side dump and end dump trailers.  

Job Responsibilities

The schedule is 7 days on 7 days off, 12 hour days with a start time of 8 am. As the dispatcher, you are responsible from the beginning of the process to the end. Entering the orders into our dispatch system AS400 and building a manifest, dispatching the driver, following up until the POD is in the system and the order is ready for billing. To do this you are in constant communication with drivers as well as our customers. You will be responsible for dispatching deliveries, preplanning loads for return trips, coordination of equipment servicing along with approving billable hours for payroll.
