We are looking for a skilled CRM Support Engineer to join our IT operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our CRM systems—particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365—and the broader application environment.
Responsilbilities :
- Modify and troubleshoot existing JavaScript and TypeScript customizations.
- Debug and fix issues in existing C# plugins and custom workflows.
- Create and manage CRM components such as tables (entities), columns (fields), views, forms, and dashboards.
- Implement business rules and basic automation using Power Platform tools.
- Understand and assist in troubleshooting SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports.
- Collaborate with reporting teams to ensure data accuracy and report performance.
- Use Jira to manage support tickets, update progress, and document root cause analysis.
- Ensure timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Provide support for Omnichannel for Customer Service, including live chat and other integrated channels.
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks such as creating and updating records, assigning roles, and onboarding new users.
- Maintain user access and security roles in compliance with organizational policies.
Requirements:
- 2.5 to 4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and C# for plugin development and customization.
- Familiarity with CRM configuration and customization tools.
- Basic understanding of SSRS and FetchXML.
- Experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems.
- Understanding of Omnichannel for Customer Service in D365.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
