Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and security
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility-related services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility management activities
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in facility management
- Provide administrative support to all the divisions/ events/ functions organized by Confiz on required basis.
- Ensure safe custody and upkeep of Confiz assets held on the charge of Workplace & Community.
- Search out new workplaces as and when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/ master’s degree from a reputed university in related discipline
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have the ability to effectively use the lower ranked staff
- Hardworking, punctual, honest & well mannered
- A friendly and professional tone and actions are vital in this role
- Proficient with MS Office, well versed with overall computer operations having good speed
- Hands-on experience with JIRA is a plus
