Engineer IV - Oracle ReIM

Confiz is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Financials Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle ReIM (Retail Invoice Matching). The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Oracle Financials (especially Accounts Payable) and hands-on experience with Oracle ReIM, including invoice matching logic, discrepancy handling, and integrations with retail or ERP systems.

Responsibilities:
 

• Act as a ReIM subject matter expert while leveraging broader knowledge of Oracle Financials (primarily Accounts Payable).
• Configure, support, and enhance Oracle ReIM functionalities including invoice validation, matching, and discrepancy resolution.
• Define and document business requirements for retail invoice processes and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and retail teams to streamline invoice matching workflows and resolve exceptions.
• Develop functional design documents, test scenarios, and user training guides for ReIM-related projects.
• Support interfaces and integrations between Oracle ReIM and other Oracle modules like RMS, EBS Financials (AP/GL), and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to ReIM and assist in performance optimization.
• Engage with Oracle Support by logging and managing Service Requests (SRs) to address product-related issues.
• Support end-to-end testing, UAT, and provide knowledge transfer to business users and internal teams.

 

Requirements:

• 7+ years of overall techno-functional experience with Oracle Financials (especially Accounts Payable, GL).
• 3+ years of deep hands-on experience with Oracle ReIM, including configuration, customization, and functional support.
• Solid understanding of ReIM lifecycle – invoice matching logic, discrepancy management, and resolution workflows.
• Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL for functional troubleshooting and working with technical teams.
• Familiarity with Oracle Retail modules such as RMS and their integration points with ReIM.
• Experience with ReIM integration to Oracle EBS or Oracle Financials Cloud.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and developers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of retail procurement, vendor management, or chargebacks is a plus.
