Your future role
- Provide technical service for automated equipment to our customers
- Install new parts to optimize existing machines and carry out preventive maintenance
- Perform tests to verify the proper functioning of equipment
- Train customers to use their equipment
- Diagnose and solve customer problems
- Recommend customer maintenance plans, parts or other adjustments
- Participate in the internal commissioning of equipment at our plant in Eersel, The Netherlands and Parma, Italy when manufacturing complex projects
- Participate in the installation of automated equipment with Engineering teams and international customer services — Americas, Europe or Asia
Required skills
- Technical training in the field of industrial automation
- Electrotechnical skills — ability to solve mechanical issues when necessary
- Customer and service oriented
- Ability to spot commercial opportunities
- In possession of driving license B
- Excellent communication skills in Italian — intermediate to advanced skills in English
