Your future role
- Resolve technical problems and answer customers’ enquiries
- Perform retrofits and preventive maintenance
- Work with robots, industrial networks, operator interface and vision systems
- Recommend services or spare parts
- Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of their equipment
- Visit customer site — possibly in other countries
Required skills
- Degree in a field related to automation, mechatronics, electromechanics or industrial maintenance.
- One to two years of experience in any of these fields
- Experience with PLC programming — an asset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Outstanding customer service qualities
- Flexibility
- Autonomy
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
