Chevrolet Service Advisor


Kelly Chevrolet  is looking to recruit a Service Advisor with outstanding customer service skills, exceptional communication skills, and strong technical knowledge. As a Service Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners upon arrival to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.  Description:
 

·         Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service

·         Drive the sale of technician’s time to meet departments sales forecast

·         Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request

·         Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes

·         Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience

·         Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicle.

 

Qualifications:
 
 

·         Experience required 1+ years 

·         Have basic computer skills. Training will be provided for necessary programs.

·         Be organized, professional and courteous

·         Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction

·         Demonstrated ability to manage others

·         Time management skills

·         Fantastic communication skills with your customers

·         Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

·         Clean driving record

·         Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
