Front Desk Receptionist

If you are looking for a full-time position with one of the area’s top companies, this opportunity is for you.  

In this position your responsibilities will be varied and interesting.  Your primary responsibility will be taking and routing incoming phone calls and greeting visitors, but you will also assist the Human Resource department with projects including training, legal compliance, etc.  You’ll work in a comfortable, friendly, and professional office environment.

The hours for this position are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.


  • Answers and routes primary incoming calls
  • Greets visitors and notifies employees of arrival
  • Maintains Front Desk Manual and information sheets
  • Assists Human Resources and Administration with projects
  • Prepare and verify reports
  • Responsible for various daily HR functions as assigned including: punctuality report, verifications of employment, coordinating month end and employee meetings, mandatory postings at retail locations, and other duties as assigned
  • Excellent attendance required


  • High school diploma
  • One year’s experience in an office environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced professional environment
