Sr./Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a product manager to come onboard and strategize the messaging for Simplicant's SaaS recruitment platform and help position it as the leading applicant tracking platform for the growing SMB market. The job role requires you to be a collaborative team player and work with cross-functional teams to drive the marketing strategy.
 

The ideal candidate will be driven, passionate about communication and be flexible to the ever changing and dynamic business demands. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and help create go-to-market product strategies and support our sales team to maximize long-term product profitability. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create product content and success stories to support the go-to-market messaging
  • Develop and manage collateral to assist the Sales teams
  • Be responsible for technical documentation, and product how-to's for customer base
  • Manage all the monthly newsletters and business partner communications
  • Work actively with the product and engineering teams to understand the market and develop customer case studies
  • Continuously evaluate competitive landscape and conduct research to aid in product decisions.
     

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.  MBA strongly preferred 
  • 5+ years relevant digital marketing or product marketing experience
  • Having B2B / SaaS marketing experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in executing Product Marketing responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong ability to communicate complex concepts and ideas to all stakeholders

Simplicant is looking for an experienced sales executive to join our mission and lead the effort to present and sell the leading SaaS recruitment platform for growing enterprises. You will be leading the sales team and working towards our growth by continually assessing the customer requirements and working with the product team to achieve our goal of moving up-market.
 

This is a senior level position and the ideal candidate will be driven, passionate about hitting targets and motivated to win with a can-do attitude. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and help achieve our quarterly, bi-annual and annual targets by mentoring, coaching and putting in place a scaleable sales structure.

 

Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Build and train a team of Account Executives and help them achieve their quotas
  • Manage and supervise all prospecting activity, and lead product demos either in person or via web
  • Work with senior management to lay out the strategy and means to achieve the growth expansion goals
  • Huddle alongside marketing team to provide input to harmonize the content, messaging and product positioning
  • Build relationships with C/VP-levels at Fortune 1000 companies and present tailored enterprise solution
  • Plan and execute renewals and expansion for strategic accounts 

 

Role Requirements:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.  MBA strongly preferred 
  • 6+ years proven sales experience in a B2B / sales environment. SaaS selling an advantage
  • Positive attitude, highly motivated and a love for building sales teams
  • Prior experience in hiring sales reps and putting in place sales enablement programs
  • Strong ability to articulate and communicate business value proposition to stakeholders
