To strengthen our team in Hapert, The Netherlands, we're looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and pitching in wherever needed across our production floor. At our technical production facility, where we manufacture metal components for packaging machines, you'll support various teams. Depending on the day, you might help with preparation, post-processing, or provide support to the conventional and/or CNC machining departments.
You don’t need to be a specialist. If you have technical insight and the motivation to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting CNC operations
- Operating saw machines (manual and automatic)
- Machining metal and plastic parts (mostly steel, aluminium, stainless steel, and plastic) using conventional turning and/or milling machines, based on technical drawings and work instructions
- Checking dimensions and visual quality of the finished products
- Keeping your work area clean and safe
What do you bring?
- An interest in metalworking and technology
- Willingness to take on different tasks and learn new skills
- A hands-on attitude, especially when urgent work needs to be done
- Precision, a positive mindset, and a sense of teamwork
- Ability to read technical drawings is a plus
